| Organization and planning are essential to efficient operation and cost savings. In order to provide our continued high degree of service, maintain our customer satisfaction and quality control as well as to minimize costs and expenses we try to book, schedule and plan our photo assignments well in advance to assure a minimum loss of time during the actual event. Advance planning also allows us to identify potential snags before they become an expensive problem. |

| If you are planning an event or special occasion -- a birthday party to a formal wedding -- each will require some pre-event preparation. The largest event will require the greatest amount of preparation, but even small events can be made easier to cover if details and expectations are discussed in advance and potential problems are solved before they can create a disruption. |

At Extraordinary-Images.com we prefer to hold at least one preparatory meeting, in person, or on the phone, to assure a minimum of time consuming and costly disruption doesn't interfere with the event's flow. When booking our services for small events -- like press conferences, birthdays and the like, please do so at least 24 hours in advance and allow time for at least on short meeting.
Weddings -- two to three month minimum lead time, plus 3 meeting minimum.
For larger events, like a formal wedding, it is advisable to have a few preparatory photographic meetings to give the photographer an opportunity to become familiar with the religious center, to meet the priest, minister, rabbi or other religious persons who will be officiating at the ceremony and to allow the site manager an opportunity to create a plan which will allow the photographer to best capture the images the couple has requested. For weddings please book at least one month in advance.

| Formal Occasions, Dinners & Receptions -- one week lead time, minimum one pre-event meeting. |

Formal Occasions generally involve individuals who have been singled out for recognition or awards and along with these honored recipients are dignitaries, officials, family members and socially prominent persons whose presence has added to the event. It is essential all of these persons must be identified in advance and a check list provided to the site manager to assure the photographer captures all of the important functionaries. At least one pre-event meeting is required to make sure the list of VIP's is complete and some time at the start of the event has to be allowed to provide the site manager a chance to view those to be photographed in advance to eliminate possible confusion.
Portraits -- one week lead time, minimum one pre-event meeting.
Extraordinary-Images.com tries, when possible, to create on-site portraits, showing the subject in their office or an environment in which they are most comfortable and relaxed. This is done to reduce the potential for formal images that more closely reflect the discomfort of the subject posing for a picture, than the person's personality and character relaxed and comfortable in his own environment. A portrait should tell us about the whole person, not just show as a two dimensional image in a contrived situation. At least one meeting at the portrait site helps assure the quality of the image and the comfort of the subject. |
