| Large Group Presentation |
Taken on site, during event for groups. One 8x12 or 8x10 per recipient and one for presenting organization included at bulk order rate (please see price list @ Print Price List ).. Additional prints, see Print Price List .To assure complete and efficient organization Large Group Shoots should include a Site/Shoot manager (or a designated person should be provided by the client) to assure all client expectations are met and the photographer may proceed with minimum time consuming interruptions. |

| Reception & Special Functions |
To provide satisfactory coverage of a reception or special event such as a fund raiser, campaign kick-off, executive retirement function or other similar events at least one meeting a week prior to the event is required, as well as a list of key persons to be photographed, or persons to be photographed together. The role of site manager is essential to the success of such a shoot. Receive a 10 percent discount on the order of a portrait sitting if it coincides with this event. | Wedding |
Because, like you, each wedding is unique. Extraordinary-Images.com offers a free organizational meeting with wedding participants and their planners to determine the best, most efficient, most cost effective way to fulfill the bride and groom's expectations while providing the coverage desired. The initial meeting should be two to three months in advance of the wedding. We will provide a written plan for photographic coverage of your wedding. Our fees will be based on that plan and agreed to before the shoot takes place. Print packages will be discussed at the time of the planning meeting to assure the lowest possible prices are in effect. Ask about our "Package Print Savings". |
